Following my visit I received this lovely letter from the school.

‘Hi Kelly,
I’ve been meaning to write to you to say a big thank you for coming to visit us last week at Parley.
The children in Year 1 and 2 really enjoyed your visit and it was great that they got some advice from a real author!

They enjoyed looking at the website and the books you left the next day.
Thanks very much for coming and for the lovely books you left. We will use them for prizes to promote use of the library.

About Kelly

Kelly developed the concept of the Cuddle Pirate whilst making up stories for her 3 year old son Jack and his friends. She is a keen advocator that education in basic nutrition and the identification of ‘healthy’ foods should be promoted from an early age.
